These terms cover requests, quotes and electrical and plumbing work. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Request and confirmation

An online request is a contact enquiry, not a confirmed order. The provider confirms availability, location, the scope of work and the price or calculation method. A quote becomes binding upon acceptance within its stated validity.

3. Prices and additional work

The quote describes the work, VAT, any travel costs and surcharges. Additional work requires prior information and your agreement; an initial diagnosis may require a revised quote.

4. Scheduling and access

A time slot is confirmed after discussion. The customer provides accurate information, safe access and the required permissions. Unexpected changes are communicated as soon as possible; the form does not promise a fixed arrival time.

5. Payment

The due date and agreed payment method are shown on the invoice or quote. There is currently no online payment module. Recovery costs or interest may only be charged in accordance with applicable law and the required preliminary steps.

6. Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly at To be completed by the service provider or To be completed by the service provider. Any costs must be agreed in advance, proportionate and reflect work already performed or demonstrable costs. There is no automatic 100% cancellation charge.

7. Consumer withdrawal rights

Distance and off-premises contracts normally provide a 14-day withdrawal period from conclusion of the contract. Notify To be completed by the service provider or To be completed by the service provider within that period with an unambiguous statement, your name, date and quote reference.

Work before that period expires requires your express request. Withdrawal after a valid request may require proportionate payment for services performed. Loss of the right after full performance also requires the prior agreement and acknowledgement required by law. Accepting a quote is not, by itself, such an acknowledgement.

The statutory exception for expressly requested urgent repairs is limited to the necessary urgent work and parts; additional non-urgent services are not automatically exempt.

8. Safety, conformity and liability

Work is performed within the agreed scope and applicable rules. Replacing one component does not automatically certify the entire installation. Statutory warranties and liabilities cannot be excluded by these terms. Call 112 in the event of immediate danger.

9. Complaints and disputes

Contact To be completed by the service provider with your request reference. We first seek an amicable solution. Consumers may contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service. Belgian law applies without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules.
