Repair service

Taps and mixers

A tap that drips, leaks at its base or becomes difficult to operate can often be repaired or replaced in a targeted way.

Situations that can be reviewed

The tap type, exact leak location and condition of the connections determine whether a seal, cartridge, hose or complete tap needs attention.

  • A tap drips when fully closed
  • A leak at the base or under the cabinet
  • A mixer is stiff, jammed or inconsistent
  • A tap or flexible hoses need replacement

How a request is prepared

Describe the symptoms, location and level of urgency. Photos can add useful context. The team then checks the relevant trade, area and availability before any intervention and its conditions are confirmed.

Safety first

Do not force a jammed control. If the leak worsens, close local isolation valves only when they move freely and protect the surrounding area from water.
